Inleiding: n-Octylamine, ook bekend als 1-octylamine, is een organische verbinding en een rechtketenige primaire amine. n-Octylamine kan worden gebruikt als oppervlakteactieve stof en bij de synthese van chemicaliën zoals N-octylpyrrolidon.

Chemische eigenschappen: Kookpunt 180℃, vlampunt 62℃, relatieve dichtheid 1,4294. Toepassingen: Productie van N-octylpyrrolidon (oplosmiddel voor landbouwchemicaliën en organische pigmenten), gebruikt als corrosieremmer, smeermiddeladditief, biocide en oppervlakteactieve stof. Gebruik: Dit product wordt gebruikt als tussenproduct voor de synthese van farmaceutische producten en vloeibare kristalmaterialen, evenals voor de synthese van andere fijnproducten.
